If you have an online business and are not doing article marketing, you are missing out on a great marketing tool that will cost you nothing if you can write your own articles. This will give you around 150 articles to write and if you write and send out 2 or 3 a day, you have a stock of articles that will last you about 2 months - a period in which you can plan more articles for the subsequent months.
Creating a standard article template that gives you a ready format each time you sit down to write will save you a lot of time and effort. There is no need to make an elaborate template - you don't want the articles to be too similar in structure - and a ready layout the tells you how much space devote to the introduction, the main body of the article and the conclusion will help you to get your thoughts organized fast/
